Biography
Alan Heirich is a staff scientist at the SLAC National
Accelerator Laboratory at Stanford University where he
works on tools and applications of exascale computing. His
past work includes scalable scientific visualization and
scalable algorithms for mapping, load balancing and
related problems. He has a PhD in computer science and MS
in computation and neural systems from the California
Institute of Technology, MS in computer science and
engineering from UCSD, and BA with honors in computer
science from the University of Michigan.
