Ang Li received his bachelor degree from the Computer Science (CS) department of Zhejiang University (ZJU), Hangzhou, China, in 2010. From 2010 to 2011, he worked in Mintel Consulting as a software developer. From 2011 to 2012, he worked in CAPS Enterprise as a GPU compiler and High-Performance-Computing application developer. In 2016, he received his two PhD degrees from the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department of National University of Singapore (NUS) , Singapore and the Electrical Engineering (EE) department of Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), Eindhoven, The Netherlands. The thesis topic was "GPU Performance Modeling and Optimization". He also used to work as a research intern in Inria, Paris-Sud University, Paris, France and CUHK, Hong Kong on GPU-related topics. He is now working as a Staff Scientist in the High Performance Computing Group of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), Richland, WA, USA.
