Ayat Mohammed is a postdoctoral fellow at TACC’s
Scalable Visualization Technologies group where she works on improving the ray
tracing display pathway from Stampede2 to large displays like Rattler and
Stallion. Prior to TACC, Ayat worked with the high-performance visualization
group in Advanced Research Computing at Virginia Tech. She earned her Ph.D.
in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, and is a faculty member in the
Scientific Computing department at Ain Shams University in Egypt.
